In Progress Issues with System Updates

Please let me know if there is a solution. I am currently stuck on version 1.4.9 (managed to update for 1.4.3 to 1.4.5 to 1.4.9). But I face issues installing 3.3.2. I find it a bit steep to have to pay 70 EUR when your firmware updates don't proceed flawlessly.

Some of the older Innuos units might not accept the newer Sense App updates, maybe put your Innuos model details on an email to support@innuos.com or contact Dan Collier.
Might help all Innuos users if Innuos put this information where it is easily available for all to see.
 
I'm consistently getting this error while trying to upgrade my brand new PULSEmini from 3.2.5 to 3.3.1, even after factory resetting the unit:

It gets stuck after the error, so I have to power off to recover the system. Is this related to the known issue?
 
Same error here. And the 'updating library' bar going on forever in system tasks.

I can still access and use Sense on mobile devices but not laptop (no way to access the menu items), but the error screen is what greets me every time I open the app.

InnouOS 3.2.5, Zen Mini MK.3. Same error on laptop, iPhone and iPad.
