We've identified an issue affecting users who are using Qobuz Connect with certain USB DACs on their Innuos systems.

The update could fail is there was a slowdown or a lot of latency on the network perhaps, but you should be able to try it again. In either case, we do recommend doing the BIOS update ASAP if technical support have suggested to do so, as it will help with the resilience of the device.
Thanks Stephen. I got the same response from Innuos Customer Support today so I’ll try that next.

Hi Dan, is this the issue where it skips 4 tracks each time you try and play? I am having this with my Zen 3. Thanks! Qutest DAC btw.
I am having a similar issue streaming qobuz, works fine for a while but freezes where it tries to play a song but tracks a few seconds and then starts over. I have to turn off the zenith and back on in order to get it to work.

Hi, still having an issue with Qobuz playback on both of my Pulse Minis in two different systems. Both on the latest software 3.4.2. It’ll play ok for several songs but then it will either drop out for a few seconds or go into a loop where it will start to play, pause, then go back to the beginning and try to play again. It will continue to do that until it eventually either skips to the next song or stops altogether. Sometimes it can be overcome by hitting pause, waiting a few seconds, and hitting play again. Almost as if a buffer is trying to fill. Happens to high res files as well as 44.1k. I havre not tried what was suggested to play from the Qobuz app and selecting the Pulse mini from there but I really shouldn’t have to.

Hi Olaff, this will be a slightly different issue from the original one reported at the top of this thread, I would suggest emailing to support directly.
One thing that would be good to know is whether this is happening on everything, including newly-released albums on Qobuz, or is this perhaps just on Playlists?

Hi Stephen, doesn’t matter if it’sa playlist or not. Clearing the playback buffer seems to work for a while. Today, I had a new issue but it might be Qobuz’s issue. I tried Qobuz Connect with one of my Pulse Minis selected as the playback device. With the very first song of an album I chose, it began slipping and pausing right off the bat! Same on the next song and continuing on making it impossible to listen to. The funny thing is when I opened the Sense app and went to that same album, it played fine! How’s that for a switch? It was Neil Young’s Chrome Dreams in 24/192. I thought that problem with Qobuz Connect had been solved.
