Solved Issues with System Updates

From v1.4.9? Did you try rebooting the system first?

If with "rebooting" you mean turning the Zen Mini Mk3 off and then on again, yes I have rebooted it. I had successfully updated from 1.4.3 to 1.4.5 to 1.4.9 but then it got stuck.

The issue is not related to the outage we had last week, we have tested 1.4.9 updates and they're working, so there is a deeper issue with your particular system. If you already have an existing support ticket about this with us, then we need to continue with that.

Yes the fee would still apply as the system is out of warranty.
