We're aware of an issue affecting users on IOS devices trying to login to their Tidal account using the mobile Sense app and selecting to login via their Apple ID as the login method.
A work around for this it to simply access Sense web ui via my.innuos.com on a web browser and you can follow the same login method there. Alternatively, simply login using your email and password as standard.
