Playlist problem

Hi!
Sometimes when I want to play songs from one of my playlists in Sense, it suddenly says " Loading the playlist". After that it's impossible to use the shuffle function. It has occurred even before the latest upgrade to 3.0. I have an Innous Zen mk3. Why does that happen?
