Hello,
I'm just starting to investigate Innuos streamers. There's a dealer (not one I've visited before) that has an ex-demo Zenith Mk.3
How would this compare sound-wise to a PULSE? How about longevity w\ regards to software updates?
Any other pros/cons to either product?
Simon.

In terms of sheer sound, there will not be a huge difference, but the ZENith can obviously do more in terms of internal ripping, storage for hosting files, ability to run Roon Core if needed etc. If you do have a collection of music files you want to get the most out of, you should look at the ZENith.
If you are strictly only streaming Qobuz/Tidal etc, then PULSE is fine.
Longevity and software updates are likely going to be identical because they use the same underlying platform, and both have Sense 3 which will be developed for a few years to come now.

Thanks Stephen. Is there a list of the differences between the Pulse and ZENith?
Is it (basically) PULSE runs squeezelite and ZENith has a LMS server too.

I think I am right in saying that they both run LMS and Squeezelite, but the difference is that local/internal storage functionality does not exist with PULSE series so this does not factor into LMS, and consequently it cannot be a Roon Core either, nor can you perform file imports or backups.
The PULSE and ZENith both use Mundorf-based linear power supplies - the ZENith has 3 of these whilst the PULSE only has 1 which is due to the fact the PULSE ultimately only needs a simpler design by not having a storage drive and so on. Therefore, the sound is quite similar, just functional differences. Can you outline a bit more about your digital music habits - do you have library of files etc?
