The Phantoms are certainly not the easiest to manage via UPnP, but so far no issues

My two Naim streamers (NDS + Qute) show up intermittently at bottom right of screen – but vanish as soon as I try to play music and 'No player output' appears.
Innuos Zen 3; streamers connected via UPnP. All devices on network rebooted after update. Previous version of Sense worked flawlessly.

Update: Problem above occurred with Sense app on iPad, but then switched to iPhone Sense app and had no issues. So then deleted / reinstalled app on iPad and now Sense works fine on both. Sorry for false alarm!
I'm getting the same problem with Naim ND555 and Naim Atom HE with my Statement and I cannot resolve it, so the systems are unusable at present.
I have tried:
1) Restarting app. on MacBook and on iPhone
2) Restarting Statement
3) Uninstalling and reinstalling app on both MacBook and iPhone

Please go to the Advanced Settings in Sense, download the System Logs and send them to our support so we can take a look at this to see what is happening.

Yes both are set to compatibility mode with the minimum resolution selection (44100). When you open the Sense or change windows the servers are displayed for a couple of seconds but then the "No player output" message is displayed. There's something very strange going on here. Using the Sense app on the iPhone or MacBook fails to generate a zipfile in the usual manner, but eventually fills a window with the file content and freezes the App. Using myinnuos works OK. Have sent the zip file but also kept window content in case that's of interest.

a) My locally stored music seems to play only some of the time. Other times nothing happens.
b) The only radio stations I can access are from Radio Paradise. Other stations don't work at all. (This problem preceded current Sense beta release, but would be nice to have more than 3 radio stations to choose from)

)One more question about the groups: how is the "Sync volume across all players in this group" feature expected to work when players are connected in different ways? I have my main Amplifier connected directly from the Innuos player and therefore set at 100% to be bit perfect with the volume controlled at the Amp level, and some other active speakers connected in other rooms by Airplay (using the Airplay bridge LMS plugin) where the sound volume is controlled either manually on the speakers or through Innuos Sense, so the volume on those is never at 100% and varies on the Sense display. I found that changing the volume on the main Amp does not seem to change the volume on the other speakers. (Although in my first test it had seemed to work but that may have been a coincidence of volume being at "compatible" levels).
I have a backup problem at the moment and am sure whether this is just a problem at my end or with the Beta SW, so I'm posting here first.
