Open Sorting Option in Tracks

Hi Stephen,
I have the following feature requests:

iOS Version Innuos Sense App 1.7.2 (current version) and current Android version:
- sorting function in Playlist not implemented
- sorting function in Tracks (especially ‚import date‘) => much more important then in the playlists

I only stream from Tidal, no tracks on a server/NAS.

When I am remembering correctly, this was mentioned in the 3.4 features last year for the playlists.

Hi @Bennivh , to address the two elements there:

In terms of Tracks sorting, yes, we do not have many options there currently, so will keep this feature request open on that basis.

Regarding sorting of tracks within a TIDAL playlist, this is due to how TIDAL sends it data to us as 3rd party. If you were to take all of those TIDAL tracks on that playlist and put them into a new SENSE playlist instead, you would indeed have the various sorting options available to you. You can give that a try now by playing a TIDAL playlist, then go to the Now Playing -> Queue to see all those tracks, then use the More Options in the top corner to Add to Playlist and create a new one that is a SENSE playlist rather than a remote TIDAL playlist.
TIDAL tends to reserve more of these refinements and customisations for its own app, so another alternative would be to play directly via TIDAL Connect.
