In Progress Sense 3.4 Beta Testing

In Progress
I have not noticed a new music issue on my Zenith...
However, I still have the issue that any restart of the Zenith will automatically start music playing on all my outputs, whether DAC connected by USB, LMS speakers on the network or UPnP connected Receivers/DACs... The same happens on individual players when I start them: for example when I turn on my USB-connected Devialet Expert Pro, it immediately continues to play whatever was playing before there, despite my having stopped the music there. Only radios may be exempt from restarting to play, but not sure. I will have to test. that again. Local and Qobuz tracks definitely start playing each time I restart either the Zenith or the amp/speakers/dac...
I can replicate some of this to an extent; if a DAC is powered back on when the Innuos is already on and has tracks in the queue, then yes it will resume playback. If that DAC is suddenly turned off or disconnected, then Sense will defer to the next available 'player' and if that has tracks remaining in a queue, then may automatically begin playing those. But initiating playback on all devices at the same time after powering on the Innuos, that I cannot replicate or understand - I have some SenseUPnP devices here and they remain silent when restarting or turning on my Innuos. Do you ever use grouping for Squeeze/airplay zones?

With SenseUPnP at version 3.4.0-7 beta playing to Naim NSS33 streamer, I pressed pause in Sense but the streamer jumped to the next track played 40 seconds of that track and skipped on the next track. It repeated this to the end of the album and started to repeat from track 1, playing 40 seconds and skipping again.
I am still finding this to be a problem occasionally with 3.4.0-8 beta. It does not occur for every track, just the odd one. I have seen this with Qobuz played through Sense (not Qobuz connect).

I have sometimes used the grouping, but not recently and I have no active groupings working for now... When I restart the Innuos, each player/speaker continues its own queue, so typically different music on each device...

We've replicated this and will add it to the backlog, thank you :).

Regarding the missing 'New Music' after an update:
- Does affect both the New Music widget on the HOME tab, as well as actual New Music category under the MUSIC tab?
- Do these become completely empty, or do the missing 'recent additions' seem to cut back to a certain date/time frame? So for example, all new music is missing that had been added since the last software update, or the last 7 days, etc?
After restarting my Innuos today, I lost all the ‘new music’ of the last 2 weeks more or less… it was all from Qobuz. It is just no longer in my library and therefore dos not appear as new music in either the Home Tab or the Music tab.

It is not too hard to add back as all the albums still show up in my Qobuz library whether they were added directly in Qobuz or through Sense, but it is the first time this happens to me.

Another issue: edit queue does not let me see all the queue. I can only go down about 5 items in the queue..., When nt in Edit queue mode, I can navigate the whole queue...

Hi all, a further beta update for 3.4.2 is due imminently.
This mainly includes a number of bug fixes, for anyone enrolled on the beta it would be greatly appreciated if you could confirm any of the bugs/issues listed below are resolved for you after installing the 3.4.2. beta.

-Solved issue when adding a track to a Qobuz playlist, the track name wasn't displayed in the toast message

-Fixed issue where Play button at the top of Qobuz and TIDAL playlists didn't not work

-Solved issue with Qobuz and TIDAL album listings, where the albums were not properly displayed

-Solved issue where searching for tracks using a Composer would give no results

-Solved issue on Qobuz and TIDAL sections where album pages would reset to the top when coming back from an album

-Updated UPnP profiles for Naim systems in order to improve compatibility

-Added additional support for track numbers with forward slashes on files metadata

Thank you!
