There has recently been a communications issue with the Qobuz service, resulting in saved Qobuz favourites of your library disappearing from Sense app after performing a Resync.
This happens regardless of which Innuos product and which firmware version you are running; the timing around 3.0.3 release is coincidental but not causal.
We are working with them to resolve and will resolve this Known Issue post when normal service has resumed.

The solution is of course to remove the ones added in the interim and immediately add them back in. Except astonishingly that doesn’t work. They stay exactly where they are at the bottom of the page.

Some more work to be done methinks.

To me it is the same a total mess, if I choose by added date in albums (Sense) it does not look anything like it does in Qobuz own app so something is clearly not right yet.
This is currently expected behaviour - Sense currently defines recently added based on when it first comes into Sense, not the order in which you may had added favourites originally on Qobuz. In the forthcoming 3.1 update we actually will change that so the date added on Qobuz/Tidal music is measured by when you first saved it from the streaming service, and not from the date it was first imported to Sense. This is outlined on our Roadmap here:

… but if I take it out of Sense, which is the only place I add from - i.e. i’m not using the Qobuz app or site to add anything - and then add back into Sense they must surely appear at the top of the page and yet they’re not.

I believe this is happening because that album has been previously identified in the Music Library Database history, so its being identified as belonging in the history of your library and reassociating it.

Thanks @Stephen Healy. That makes sense (pardon the pun). Would clearing the cache sort that?
Hi Mike, I am having a chat with the dev team now to see if there is a workaround for the time being but I am not sure if there is - it might have to wait until the 3.1 for the chronology to straighten itself out. But clearing the cache will make no difference, i can promise you that much!

When will 3.1 go live? 😊
