LMS interface personalization: does it work on Sense?

Hi. I have a Zenith MK3 that runs on InnuOS 3.3.4 and adding the Airplay support as per instructions, I've seen that it's possible to personalize the interface in several ways, I.E. choosing a different layout or enabling some functions running specific plugins.
Do they have effect on Sense layout or not? I don't want to risk to mess the Sense sw.

Firstly, you’ll notice there’s an update available, so it’s best to update to version 3.3.7

We advise users not to change settings within LMS, as doing so can alter or disrupt how your system performs. If you need AirPlay, you can install the 3rd party plugin following the instructions we’ve provided. Yopur mileage may vary, as it’s not an officially supported feature. We are however, working on native AirPlay support, though these developments do take time.
