ZenMini MK3 can no longer backup to NAS

Since the update to 3.2.2 my ZenMini will no longer connect to the NAS I've been backing it up to for nearly two years. It can see it in the backup configuration but every time I try to set it to backup it throws up an error or simply times out. Nothing in the network topology, permissions or anything else has been changed. It's very frustrating as, until now, I'd had no problems with it. I've done all the usual restarts across all devices etc to no avail. It feels like something is fundamentally broken with the backup part of the software.

Can you give me an example of the error you receive please? When it "times out" does it freeze or stop at a certain point? When this happens is the system still responsive?
Let me know the answers to the above and we can follow from there.

Thanks for coming back to my. Somewhat typically it's working again. It appears it "forgot" the original backup configuration and when I tried to set it up using "existing backup" it refused to find the existing files. Eventually I used "new backup" to the same NAS and it worked. Very odd behaviour.
I didn't take a screenshot of the message unfortunately but at least I have backups now
