YEP, about to hit rock bottom on this dilemma-- Zenith mk III found on network BUT times-out: "unavailable" Please offer a total noob any help on this!
Hello everyone, my first time posting with regard to my beloved Zenith mk III . Never had any problems, with my almost1TB ssd drive filled with the stuff I love/ collected thru time and serious thoughts on asking you guys for help not only with this new "unavailable" mind melt -- But, also, with a smart backup solution now that I've bought the, as yet, unopened collection of the following items: Terramaster F4-424 MAX; two 16 TB iron wolf pro nas drives; two samsung 970 512 TB nvme m.2 drives; crucial 32 GB kit (,2 x 16) so-dimm ddr5, 5600 - YEP, about to hit rock bottom on this dilemma--Especially so, since prior to this timed-out occurrence, the quiet fear of data loss had been on my mind...so, to have this problem of zero access to my files suddenly pop up just as I'm finally in a position to protect them -- with the first steps of a "3,2,1" journey -- is a bit much for a non-tech noob, at almost 72... (!) For context, I turned off the virtual shield vpn, restarted the cable modem/router combo, hard-booted the Zenith and the laptop and the Zenith was found on the home network -- no problem there !
It may be of import to note, in general, the Zenith now takes longer to go from a white led to green...? It times-out on both service sites, "my.innuos.com", "zenith.local" although its found on the network?! ...and, of course, the worst care of all: "has the ssd failed and the data is lost?!!" Yep, hope you guys will kindly offer some way outta this fresh new hell LOL !

There will be some troubleshooting steps to do first before I can be certain, but I don't think you will have lost your files and I suspect the SSD is probably fine. Very possible that this is a software issue, or could be a different hardware aspect elsewhere in the system.
In reality, it will be best to contact our support@innuos.com for deeper technical help. If you happen to be able to connect an HDMI cable to the back of the ZENith into a TV or monitor, then bootup the ZENith to see what gets posted to the TV/monitor would be very useful, if you could send us a picture of the screen. It should show us a diagnostic information.
