Zen Mini Mk3 - System does not have a IP assigned and does not show on the network

hello, my zen mini worked fine in the morning, but now it do not show on the network !!! Via MyInnuos I can see the device but it will get no IP and is not found by sense wether on MacBook Pro oder iPhone app???

have made the things found under troubleshooting and contacted support via email and screenshots. Any suggestions to solve the problem by myself??

From the image you sent us that the system posted, it looks like the system needs to be reinstalled. This is unusual and I would need the service engineers to investigate how/ this happened. Your system is in warranty so we will endeavour to process as quickly as we can.

Okay thank you, waiting for a response per eMail, still got nothing.

Would be nice, if the support would contact me, trying to help me, but nothing....... @Stephen Healy

We replied this morning to outline the service procedure, we've received your approval so we'll now be arranging logistics. As already instructed here, there is no further troubleshooting you can do, we know that it needs to be serviced by us.
