Sense app on phone and pad does not recognize Pulse in system

This has been going on for a couple of weeks.

The Sense app on my Pixel 7 phone, and on my Fire Tablet does not recognize my Pulse in my system. When I enter www.myinnuos.com the Pulse icon pops up and everything works fine. I have tried shutting down and restarting the phone, tablet, the Pulse, and my router several times. No changes.

This is more an inconvenience than a major issue for me, however when my wife tried to listen to streaming music she could not find the Pulse and got very frustrated. I had not told her of the issue because she rarely stream. Usually she plays CDs or vinyl. She was not very happy with the Pulse and suggested I get something that works.

Any suggestions?

Are your devices running the latest 1.6 version of the Sense app itself? You can check this by looking for any app updates on the App store of your devices.
Could you also try identifying the PULSE using my.innuos.com, then once connected switch straight over to Sense app and perform a system search?

If you can reach the system using my.innuos.com, you can make a note of the IP address found on the SYSTEM tab. Can you force a connection through the Sense app by manually adding the IP address?
 
I reloaded the Sense app twice: once from the Google app store and once from Amazon. In both cases the Pulse could not be found.

I reached it through myinnuos.com. The Pulse was there. Switched to the Sense app and it "could not find any Innuos Systems in your network"

I tried manually entering the IP address in the "add server" section... multiple times. The white box on the bottom stated the system was not found.

Any other suggestions?

The Innuos Sense app doesn’t detect the server

Is your Pulse running the latest firmware? 3.2.2? If not, please update it and retest connecting via the Sense app.
