Hi All I have a Zen Mini mk3 with a 2tb hard drive running on the Zen mini LPS I have had this for over 2 years and its great :) however when ever I put my Nas on and connect it to the network it locks up. maybe not straight away but over a day or 2 the Zen locks up and becomes unresponsive, and I have to do a forced reboot. I would put that down IP address conflict however i have the Zen set up with a fixed address and so is the Nas. I have changed every part of my network that I can think of that could affect it. the only thing i have not changed is my router but that's on a totally separate ip address and i just use the was out to the network switch :)

so any ideas what could be causing it i have tried 2 nas and both do the same or what settings could resolve this ?

Is the ZENmini configured to read any music from the NAS drive, or do the ZENmini and NAS have any kind of traffic going between the two for file sharing? Or are they completely independent from each other?

no that should be set to just sit on the network and i have access as and when i back up to usb on zen the nas is used for computer back up and movies. i did think about it being a file sharing issue but cannot see anything that i can change

So when the ZENmini becomes unresponsive, does this mean it completely disappears from Sense app and cannot be connected to anymore?
Can i check if the ZENmini is on latest 3.2 and the Sense app itself on your mobile device is 1.6?
