As title suggests , when I hit the button to add the album to my albums it does not work
Anyone else had this issue and can help please?

Been using the sense app since I got the Pulse , as it sounds great and def superior to ROON to my ears , but it can be problematic at times so I hope it improves or will reluctantly have to go back to ROON

Hi,

What albums are you trying to add, are they streamed or from a nas for example?
Is it just some specific albums or all albums, can you provide more detail.

Hi Dan.
It was when I was trying to add an album from Tidal to my collection.
I tried the new albums from Austra, Picture Parlour, Celeste and Stella Donnelly.
The Picture Parlour album got added to my collection, the other 3 did not. This was yesterday. I have just tried again about 5 minutes ago and it is just the same, unable to add the albums.

@Womaz if you add the album in Tidals own app or in Roon and then switch back to using Sense and do a manual resync in Sense is the album added to Sense then?

I was a long time user of Roon and have a life time subscription but I only use Sense and cant say that I have ever had any issues adding albums in Sense (I use Qobuz not Tidal if it is something wrong there in your case).

Hi , I am trying to add the Tidal album, whilst in the Sense app. This has worked since I started using the Sense app, then it just stopped working.
I have gone back to using the Roon app as its just a much better eperience if you ask me. I appreciate the post though.

FYI, I believe there was a temporary TIDAL outage from our provider over the last weekend, which perhaps was a source of comms/sync issues with adding further albums. The issue described is not anything inherent or currently known as a problem with Sense app.

I keep coming back to the sense app to listen to my music as it’s much superior to roon for sound quality .
However as I have stated before the app is a bit meh for me , too many issues to replace roon completely , and believe me I would love to

So new James Blake album out today . Done a search and there are 4 versions . Three of them look exactly the same to me . Can anyone help me out here , why are there 3 identical versions .

Those albums for James Blake do appear like that for me too, it appears to show all the versions available on the service as you see the AAC, Flac and Max versions. Perhaps something has changed with our provider but we can take a look at it.

It is not just James Blake, it happens for a lot of other artists too. As far as I can see with the new James Blake album three of the versions are identical.
It only happens withn the Sense app

Checked with our service provider, basically TIDAL have reworked their backend and they have duplicate albums that need to be filtered, Airable is aware of the problem and we are discussing the matter.
