Hi, Stephen/Dan,

When can we expect to see resolution of that annoying Sense bug whereby music immediately launches upon being placed in the second position within the Queue? It seems that this bug has lingered for months now.

Thanks.

We've been able to replicate this, so will mention it to the dev team and look to get it added to the backlog.
This seems to be quite a specific case-use scenario that depends on having an empty queue, and beginning to build the queue by using 'Add To Queue' rather than starting by playing a track.
In the meantime, here is potential workaround:
With SmartQ turned off, when starting to build your queue do not use 'Add to Queue' on your very first track. Instead, use the 3 dots/more options on the desired song to 'Play Track'. This will start it playing - feel free to immediately Pause it if you wish.
Subsequent tracks that then get Added to Queue after this should not disrupt the playback or cause any unexpected skipping to next tracks.

Thanks, Stephen. I'll try the workaround, but as I usually add a block of tracks to the queue (or an entire album) depending on the listening time I have available, the workaround still requires a deviation from ideal similar to what I'm now doing: adding a bunch of tracks, then immediately pausing the playback to allow time to adjust the volume to the desired level and reselect track one. I hope that the dev team will be willing to roll-up their sleeves on this one, especially as this bug seems especially kludgy for such a high-end music system.
