I have been using Audirvana for a number of years (have used the PC as my front end), have finally just purchased A Zen MK2, so have to learn the new App. Anyway, all my Flac./DSD albums are kept in the "My Music" folder, + Nas and portable hd back ups. if I cannot remember my login details, and password for the PC, for importing them, How do I copy them to the internal storage on the Zen. Silly question, but just want to be prepared in advance. Also is transferring them via USB stick (got a new one coming today) better, quality wise?

How you transfer files from one place to another has no bearing on quality, because this process is not reliant on the real-time domain the way real-time audio playback is, so don't worry about that.
There are numerous ways you can move the files into the ZEN, including drag and drop from your PC (no password required), using Sense app to import from NAS (NAS or PC password required), or just connect the USB drive into the ZEN and use Sense to run a USB import which, I would say, is going to be the easiest method.
