The introduction of a lockscreen widget with controls for play/pause, next track etc.
This would need to apply to the Dynamic Island section for newer iOS devices, and has a similar design on newer Android devices.
The use of physical buttons on the side of the phone/tablet for volume control would perhaps be a separate feature, but will leave within the scope of this one for now.
