Drive not added during configure

Trying to re add the internal hard drive and the zen ng system sees the drive but give s error and the drive is not added and the dot stays blue instead of green.
Same thing when trying to add drive to external slot.

I've got your ticket and will be in touch once we get our email/teams system back up and running. This will most likely require a remote session.
 
I am located in Dallas Texas Central time. I usually am at work from 9 am to 3pm. with a little notice I can be off for a session if it needs to be within those times, otherwise ok outside of those times and on weekend.
