I am trying to make a backup from my Zen MK2 and it also worked with one of the three external hard drives WD that I have. But I cannot succeed with the other two Samsung SSD T7 and WD. I get this message - There was a problem restoring your backup. Backup drive not found. No backup drive is currently connected to the system. Please connect a valid backup drive and try again. They are all formatted in Exfat and they can all be seen on my Mac Pro.

This may help BTW:
It sounds like you are trying to RESTORE from a backup - be careful, that is different from creating a new backup.
Can you please outline exactly the steps you are going through in the app to make a new backup to a new USB drive?
