Good morning
Question and hopefully an answer.
Have transferred 60 gb of tracks onto Samsung 3 usb stick.
Have gone through the import from usb on the menu. The folder appears in the history.
Have been waiting for the confirmation of completion to appear it’s now 2 hours.
What sort of time would I be looking at to finish. The tracks were saved at 96 kHz wav.
It took just over an hour to transfer the tracks from the laptop to the usb.
I suppose I could have done a zip folder but not to sure on that.
I little knowledge can go a long way
Cheers in advance

Hmm, I see no reason why there would be an issue with the import process. My main pointers to help would be:
- Try to have a good logical folder structure, for example Music -> [Artist Folder] -> [Album Folder] -> music files.
- Also, do make sure the files are not totally absent of any metadata which would make it very hard for Sense to establish any kind of artist or album structure if that information is missing. This problem is more likely to arise with AIFF files than ALAC though.
Ok been looking through the innuos app and found the system log which says import complete but nothing in the music folder and in the library.
Can access and play the tracks straight from the USB no problem.
Tried the first track pressed down load to library nothing!.
I’m I trying to download to bigger file.
I have successfully downloaded 2 x music folders if about 30 tracks and that went ok. I did make a mistake and they are AALC files at 41khz.
Just need to know how to get from the USB to the library😬
