We are currently investigating an issue affecting users who are unable to access the shared folders on their systems when using the latest version of Windows, specifically version 24H2. This issue occurs because Windows 24H2 has disabled insecure guest logins by default.

We appreciate your patience as we work on a solution.

Great stuff. Just got a Zennith MK3 and so happy with it. It's a bit daunting knowing a new version has just come out, but still...

My main concern is with the life of the SSD, what will happen when it starts to die?

Is it worth enrolling in the beta?
Hi Jason, the ZENith Next-Gen is not a replacement to the Mk3 as it sits a lot higher up the product range, so no need to worry about that.
The SSD lifespans are extremely good, but we always suggest you maintain a backup to protect your music library. If the SSD were to fail then it would need to come back to Portugal for replacing.
Regarding the beta, we can enrol you if you are prepared to specifically test new features and give us feedback, but if you would rather just sit back and enjoy the system then I would suggest not enrolling in the beta.

OK, thanks for all the info. The "nex-gen" part of the name made me think it was simply a newer version and the old mk3 was obsolete (or going to be soon). Great to here that it's not. We don't need to be updating our harware like a computer, especially when we actually don't need it.

Hi, any progress with this? At this stage, is there any indication as to when a solution might appear. Obviously, I appreciate that there are no guarantees.
Thanks

Hi, I see this has now been solved. I was following this thread but didn't receive an update for some reason, so just wasted quite some time trying to implement the Windows workaround. Maybe good to post the username (guest) and password (innuos) here as well.

The article on accessing the shared folders was amended with release of the Sense 3.2.0 update - the Windows workaround would still apply to Innuos systems that are running older version of Sense that are pre-v3.2.0
