Have you tried force closing the app (swipe up to close method) then relaunching and reconnecting with Sense to the server? It might be that the app has timed out and not refreshed. Also, you should find a new 1.5 version of Sense app is available for download (unless you have already updated it through the App store)

Yes, I did try these things. After exchanging email a few times with Innuos Support, we arranged a screen share and found that RabbitMQ hadn’t installed properly when 3.1.0 installed. Due to that, the server couldn’t start and was in a loop trying and failing to start. Daniel, the Support Engineer, re-installed the queuing software and the server was then able to start and run with no issues.
