ZENith mk ii + ?

I am trying to establish whether a ZENith mk 2 would sound better than a Zen mk 3 but then I came across this for sale ….a ZENith Mk 2 PLUS .
I’ve not come across this at all
Can anyone give me some pointers please ?
I’d ideally like the ZENith mk 3 but I just cannot afford the hit presently so trying to get all the info I can on the lower models .

This is a Zen+ which is an older 'movie server' rather than music server, and is certainly not a ZENith MkII I'm afraid!
