Problem came up today.
My Zen MK3 connected to PS Audio DSD mk1 via usb cable is no longer playing. The PS Memory player via I2S connection plays. Perhaps the usb cable is the issue ? Any ideas are welcome. I have rebooted Zen and dac several times and the best result I get is a few seconds of music until the signal cuts off. I have used a cheap usb cable and I get the same result.

Perhaps check in the Sense Audio Settings if you the USB Latency is set to Low - i seem to recall that does not work on some PS Audio DACs so may need to make sure it is set to Normal. Have you also tried using the other 'Backup' USB port to test playback out of that?

Also, on Sense app, you can try going to Advanced Settings and Clear Queue Cache to see if this helps.
I’ve done all the things that need to be done but it is still not working. The last thing I will do is to connect a laptop via usb and see what happens. I’ve been in contact with Innuos tech support and that is what they suggest. It’s possible that the dac usb port is suspect.

I am posting here because the Forum is not letting me start a new thread... After upgrading to 3.2.2, I can no longer select my Devialet connected via USB on my Zenith Mk3. I thought maybe that was because the Devialet was previously in a group with another player connected via AirPlay Bridge and stopped the airplay bridge. I powered off both Devialet and Zenith, and tried to clear the queue cache but this ended up in error. The Devialet is found in the settings. I tried to change the latency to no avail. I can play from the Zenith to the Devialet with the web interface of the LMS server (:9000) but obviously this does not access properly the library anymore. So the Zenith is connected by USB to the Devialet, but Sense does not see it in the player selection tool.Screenshot 2025-03-03 at 16.53.44.pngScreenshot 2025-03-03 at 16.53.59.pngScreenshot 2025-03-03 at 16.57.10.png

Indeed, the issue came from the having group that Sense could not find after the update. By adding an additional UPnP player, I was able to access the Groups settings and delete the previous group which restored access to the USB output...
