Hello.
I’ve recently bought Innuos Zen MK3. It is connected to my dac (Chord 2Qute) via USB. I have many albums on internal HDD ripped from SACD where files are in DSF format (64), sending them to DAC via DOP in audio setting. The sound is fabulous but sometimes, totally randomly, there is a dropout in sound for a 1s or so and then it continues to play normally. It happens very rarely, totally randomly as I said. Nothing similar happens when I play FLAC files, either from TIDAL or internal drive. Tried Normal and Low latency setting but there is no effect regarding this minor problem. Does anyone have any idea what could be the problem and how to solve it?
Than you advance
Kind regards,
Miljen

Hi Miljen,
Go to Settings -> Audio -> DSD -> choose Native.
Try this. Hope this helps.
Unfortunately I do not believe this will work, the 2Qute does not support NativeDSD, only DoP. Furthermore, I believe the behaviour of Chord DACs for DSD is that it converts all incoming into PCM anyway before decoding into analogue. With that in mind, it may be worth trying the 'Transcode to FLAC' option in the Sense Audio settings, so that the streamer is converting it to PCM rather than the DAC doing it. The 2Qute might respond better to just receiving PCM (24bit or 32bit) rather than DSD
