Zen mini mk3 wont boot

Greetings and Happy New Year to all!
2 days ago I bought a new Zen mini mk3 and could not get it to work. After reading troubleshooting and TV plugging in the hdmi port, I got this message:
Reboot and insert the appropriate boot device or Press ‹DEL› / ‹F> to enter setup.
Can I do something myself or wait for tech support until tomorrow

Very unusual this has happened straight out of the box - best to get in touch with the dealer right away as you would be eligible for an outright new replacement.

Just like that, the seller gave me a new device so my problem was solved.
