Has anyone had their Zen Mk2 server fail to boot? Power is on but it doesn’t connect to the DAC and the app can’t find it. Is there a fix? Have tried suggestions in troubleshooting but nothing has worked so far.
Update — Innuos took the unit back, found the hard disc had failed. Opted to have an SSD installed, and although this happened over Christmas/New Year the unit was back with me inside three weeks.
Hi Paul, if you followed the instructions here but the issue persists then it's more likely you have a hardware failure of some kind, so it would be best to return to the original dealer for assistance, or if that is not possible then contact our own support directly.
