Hello. I'm a proud owner of an Innuos Pulsar. My Pulsar feeds my Accuphase DC-37 Processor/DAC and the SQ is spectacular. I recently got a custom power cord made for my Pulsar - a FURUTECH DPS-4.1 (OCC-DUC) 11AWG Power Cable with Furutech AC FI-50-NCF(R) IEC Female and male connections - and the SQ has improved substantially! But this is power cord upgrade is a thread for another day.

I'm interested in purchasing my music and storing it in a proper Dsdff

If you're looking to get into DSD, then there are two file format options; .dsf or .dff. I strongly recommend going for DSF as this can carry metadata, whereas DFF does not which makes it very inconvenient to manage.
As for storing it, I would suggest placing them on a NAS drive and then configuring the PULSAR via Sense to scan that NAS folder for music files.
PULSAR does not have an internal storage option, so if that was a convenience that you wanted then I would suggest considering a trade-in/part-exchange to a STREAM3.

Thanks for the feedback. My audio journey has been very educational. What do you mean by: "I would suggest considering a trade-in/part-exchange to a STREAM3"? What's a part-exchange?

If you wanted a performance boost and as well as improved simplicity, you could consider contacting your dealer to look at a potential trade in of your Pulsar towards a STREAM 3, this would forgo the need for a seperate NAS for your local music library too.
