Power cord

I'm new to this forum and I'm not sure if this topic has been discussed but it's based on a recent revelation. Just last night after reading a forum about the Accuphase A-48S amplifier I decided to switch power cords around and I'm now using an Ansuz P2 cord to power my Innuos Pulsar Streamer and the original Accuphase factory cord to power the Accuphase A-48S amplifier. And I can tell you that this is a SIGNIFICANT upgrade that has transformed my music with spatial realism as instruments float in their own space. You can hear the air around the notes. There's just more of everything - flow, space, and delicate nuances, detail and microdynamics. The soundstage is deeper, wider and higher.

So my question is are there other power cords that I should seriously consider?

What about USB cable from my Innuos to my Accuphase DC-37 standalone DAC? I'm also using an Ansuz USB which is part of the same collection of the Ansuz P2 I believe.

Thanks

I am using an IceAge Audio power cable with my LPS1/Stream1 , which made an improvement in sound quality; I then replaced my quality USB cable with a DH Labs Mirage USB A to C cable to connect the Stream 1 Phoenix USB module in the Stream 1 to my Gungnir 2 DAC, and the improvement in sound quality was immediately noticeable, even to my music-loving but non-audiophile wife. Better spatial qualities, a quieter background, and a modest but real improvement in tonal qualities. And the DH labs folks tell me it will improve even more as the cable achieves break in. By the way, the Phoenix USB module does significantly improve the sound quality of the Stream 1.

I enthusiastically endorse the fantastic improvements that can be had by using high end power cords. For years i had one Nordost Valhalla 1 power cord which came from the wall and powered the QB 8 Base (also a Nordost product). After purchasing the Zenith MK 3 and Phoenix i bought a 2 meter Nordost Tyr T 2 and Frey 2. They were attached to the new products and immediately everything jumped in quality....weight, separation, tonality were all at another pleasing level. Then I discovered (unfortunate for my wallet) the brands of Audioquest Dragons and Furutech Powerflux NCF...These surpassed the NOrdost though deciding between the Tyr and the Furutech was close. I took a bath on the Nordost and bought three Furutecha dnd three Audioquest. I also replaced my XLR connections with Dragons. The result took my system to a beautiful level of realism that is akin to new boxes. The sound collapses if i take out just one. I also discovered that my Nordost Valhalla One didn't compete with either brand and i sold that as well. Power cords are amazing, if costly.
