Solved Sense 3 - Software Volume Control not working with some DACs

We have reports from several users that the software volume control is fixed at 100% with some DACs. We are currently evaluating the situation and will report back a solution soon.

The issue is now confirmed. This affects only some DACs. Anyway, the team has now found a solution and this issue will be resolved in version 3.0.1.

Just to add an option:
For me it would be nice to add an option to the settings to grey out better let the volume slider vanish, as i and maybe many user dont use it, just to prevent that you artificially adjust it… would be great as other manufacturers have this option, thx in advance

This issue has now been resolved with 3.0.1 that we just published.
