My ZENith is the most unreliable thing I own

Greg,

I know of your speakers through my acquaintances in Washington state. They hold your products in high regard.
The problem you encountered with the Zenith is likely to be a networking issue, or possibly an issue with storage protocols. There is little in your postings to go on. Much more detail would be required to begin to help.
In any event, this forum is not the place to start, and impugning the Innuos brand isn’t helpful or warranted.
Hi, we did resolve this as mentioned above, it was indeed a network issue.

"Just for reference, we jumped on to a session for this today and the network router was unable to resolve the DNS, it had no response cache. We manually setup a Google DNS instead to bypass the router, and all is well! No issues with the ZENith."

Good to hear that this problem has been resolved after a session with Innuos.
Maybe a Big Thank You to Innuos from the OP on this thread would not go amiss after the "slagging" he gave Innuos in his opening post!

This is rich but not unexpected. I knew of Greg's "shoot from the hip anger" issues from a long time ago. A former friend of mine was an early buyer of Volti speakers, which doubled in price in short order. I somewhat liked the speakers but then saw an inappropriate and insulting ad campaign featuring Greg, insulting the Krell amp brand where he put bandages and blood on his face from all the injury he suffered from big hot amps. That sealed my decision to not consider the Volti brand. It was so childish, alienating and trolling. So this post doesn't surprise me. I was somewhat overwhelmed when i went to the Zenitih MK111 but i never encountered the constant problems he faced. He didn't tell this forum a thing that they could help with and I will say that Innuous service has been good. I have the Zenith Mk3, the Phoenix re-clocker and internal 8tb storage. I don't stream.
