My install has been on Step 5 of 5, updating system modules for almost an hour. Is this glitching or does the install take this much time? Appreciate any insights. Thanks.

Installation of 3.1.0 on my Statement took a couple of minutes.

I was on 3.0.4 before and have a 100Mbit connection from my ISP.

Hi @Toneranger it largely depends on your network speed and current firmware version.
Am I right to presume you were on 3.0.4 before the update?

Its best to wait for it to finish and not reboot your system.

Now going on 2.5 hours on step 5 of 5 on install. What are my options, if this continues indefinitely?

My Zenith mk3 also took less than 10 minutes (love the radio section btw!).
Only once it took over an hour; when upgrading from 1.x to 2.0 (no idea why)

Did your update ever end? Mine is just over 48 hours on step 5 of 5.
After 5 hours I rebooted it, that was a mistake. Finally got Innuos tech and he fixed it, the fix took an hour. Not sure what all he had to fix, but it was lots of reprogramming. Not sure what caused the problem on the download. Has your finished yet?

I just contacted Support. Daniel *immediately* got back to me and we are trouble-shooting now. Daniel asked me to reboot and connect via HDMI to a monitor so he can get the error messages. That's kind of where we are now. Thanks for your input!
