how do I add new flac downloads to the Zen... from a newbie

I have only had my unit for a day, but when my dealer was installing it for me, he had a convoluted way of adding my music library to the Zens HHD. Anyway, its been done now, it good now, just tweaking a couple of things. But How can I add more files that I download, there must be an easier way? I must be doing something wrong as it says copy to the Auto-Import folder, but where is that?

This article from our support zone will guide you in accessing shared folders, including the auto-import folder, through File Explorer on Windows or with Finder on Mac. It's pretty easy, but if you have any issues, let me know!

Martin showed me that way yesterday, but not been up to scratch on the ways of a PC, I followed the instruction, and when was done, made a desktop shortcut to that folder (yes I was surprised t worked) bought a cheap single track from Qobuz download site, paid the £1.49, downloaded it, copied and pasted said track to the folder, and hey presto, just played it

I just wanted to add to this and point out another feature that will make it even easier for you to download when purchasing from Qobuz.

Assuming the same account is logged in on your ZEN that the track was purchased with, then scroll to the bottom of the music page and click on the Qobuz icon, then scroll to the bottom of the Qobuz page, and you will see six tiles; the bottom right tile will be your purchased tracks, on the right of each track there are three dots, clicking on them leads to another menu which includes the option to download a track with one click.
