Having to manually connect Network folders constantly

Hi, I have a problem as to when I share more than one folder with Innuos "network folders" funcionality, very frequently the connections seem to drop and I have to manually reconnect (I think it's important to clarify that I never have any issue when I click on reconect).

This problem seems to get worse, the more folders I add to the Innuos.

Is this a know problem or anyone know how to get around it?

There could be a few factors at play including overall network and NAS drive. Which NAS drive are you using?

A synology. I don't have any other problems with roon, or anything similar. Everything attacks my synology. Only have this problem with the innuos.
I was thinking of trying with it's on user/account, but would like to know first what the problem could be?

We've been testing this internally but cannot replicate, so think this is quite a locally specific issue. Could you please go to the Settings in Sense and download a copy of the System Logs, then send the ZIP file over to our support@innuos.com please. Thanks!

Hello,
I have the same issue with my QNAP TS-212.
As long as the NAS is switched on, there are no connection issues at all.
However, after the NAS is shut down and then restarted (my NAS is down in in the night), the app does not reconnect automatically, even not when restarting the app. I need to go to configuration and refresh the connection, and then it goes to green. However, even doing so, it takes then quite a bit of navigating back and forth through ther app (2 times), until the music list is ready again for playing.
