Favourites Mixes on Home page not showing

Hi
I am on Sense 3.4.1

Under the Home page, the Favourite Mixes is now only showing “Play Anything”. I had seen 3 “widgets” ,including Play Anything.. I believe it is playing favourite tracks and playing favourite albums. For some reason, these 2 had disappeared.

I have a couple of tracks and albums being tagged favourite (heart).

Any help in resolving this

That's right, there should be 3, like so:


Have you tried going to the EDIT section for the homepage, and disable the FAVOURITES MIXES widget, and Apply. Then, go back to the edit menu and choose RESTORE DEFAULT WIDGETS?

Hi. Yes. I have done that. I assume by Favourite Mixes, you might Smart Mixes as I don’t see a widget with Favourite Mix name.
I have done a system restart too without any help.

I am not 100% sure but I believe this happens after I have removed all favourites tracks and albums.
For e.g., I have added 3 fav tracks and subsequently I remove all 3 tracks, then the widget for favourite tracks disappeared.
Similarly with the album.

Ah okay, in which case yes this would explain it - the widgets for favourite tracks and favourite albums cannot exist if none exist within the library.

Hi. I think I may not be clear. Here is the sequence

1. Day 1, I can see all 3 widgets even if there is no favourite tracks and albums in my library
2. Then I add in a number of favourite tracks and albums. I can see those in the widgets.
3. I then “unfavourite “ those tracks and albums. Now I cannot see the 2 widgets.
4. The widgets remain vanished even after which I add in Favourite tracks and albums. That is my current situation

The situation remains after I did what you have suggested, also perform system restart. No change
