Editing a music library

I have an old collection of music files that when imported into my Zenith Mk 3 come with metadata in the form of .cue and .log files. From what I can tell, Sense does not recognise the .cue files. If it did, perhaps it would be clear what Sense regards as the 'artist', such as Francis Poulenc, and how it might list the performer of his piano music, such as Pascal Rogé. As it happens, with some experimentation I can summon the track information for the original 5 CDs (which I no longer have), but any attempt to select a particular CD's metadata does not seem to work. So, I'm rather in the dark, as the reader may suspect.

Will Sense at some point recognise .cue files and solve all my problems with the media for Poulenc's/Rogé's music?

Apologies for the mass of confusion here transcribed! Help would be most appreciated!

Solution
The issue here is that if you have .cue files, it sounds as if the files imported are ISO files or entire images of the CD where are all the tracks are combined into one big file.
Sense needs the metadata to be on an individual track level - there are no immediate plans to read from cue files. Sense does not support ISO files or single-file images of entire albums, so you would need to use something like CUEtools to break these out into individual tracks. Or alternatively I would suggest using a tool like MusizBrainz Picard to correct the metadata manually if you have individual tracks that are missing metadata.

Thank you. The depth pf my ignorance has been lessened somewhat. It seems I indulged in too much wishful thinking. CUEtools is my next stop.
