Hello, as a new Pulse Mini owner I want to restart organising my music library, have added some music stored on a NAS and Tidal and Qobuz trial accounts to test all out.
Under advanced settings if I choose "Clear Music Library" the stored music on the NAS is deleted, also the shared folders, but there is no automatic logout of the two streaming services.....
What is wrong? Please any suggestions....

Solution
No it is not a complete return to 'default state'. have made 2 resets, with first one, the radio history was not cleared, but the volume was set to default 50. with the 2nd one the radio history was not cleared and now also the volume stayed at 100. can not sell the device if a real factory reset is impossible....
your thoughts please? @Stephen Healy
I have checked, and the entries into the Radio History cannot be removed due to how we have it integrated, so this is expected behaviour. The volume set to 100 is also the suggested default so this is okay, but you can manually adjust to 50 if you prefer.

Nothing wrong, its more a case of the fact that you are basically doing a Factory Reset at that stage, so that would be the option if you also wanted to logout of the connected streaming services at the same time as removing the NAS shared paths and the compiled library database.
To clarify, only music stored inside an Innuos would be deleted in that case - the actual files on your NAS drive should not be deleted.

do not understand what you mean sorry. i am refering to this article https://innuos.com/kb/resetting-your-music-library-or-your-entire-innuos-system/
i have not done a factory reset. see point 1

Doing a Factory Reset within the Advanced Settings will erase the music library database, log you out of the streaming services, and also remove all playlists and favourites. It is a complete return to 'default state'.
Alternatively, since you have already removed the NAS shared path, you can just go to SETTINGS -> STREAMING SERVICES, and manually logout of the streaming services.

Yes that I know, but see under point 1:
  1. Clear Music Library – this will delete the music library database and all local music files stored on the system, logout from all streaming services and remove the configured Shared Folders. This will not delete files stored on a NAS or on a USB drive. This is useful if you just want to re-import your music and restart organising your Music Library.
I thought the logout of streaming services is covered by using Clear Music Libary and not by doing a Factory Reset.

I have amended this article, thanks for bringing it to our attention.
