Active Player

I recently moved system around and now zenith mk3 won't show as an active player (I also have a pulse mini in endpoint mode). Everything appears set right, zenith shows on the network, dac is showing and tracks play on the pulsar. Doesn't show as an active player so something isn't right. I've sent a message to support but wondered if the hive mind had any ideas.

Could you please test something for me;
On Sense app, go to SYSTEM -> SETTINGS -> AUDIO, then use the 'pencil icon' to change the name from 'Innuos Music Player' to any other player name of your choice.
Please do this process for both your ZENith and PULSAR, making sure they have different names. Perhaps give both machines a reboot for good measure.
