Zenmini mk 3 not found by sense

We have a Zen Mini Mk III that used to work fine until a couple of months ago. Now the Sense app can't find it (on phone, iPad or Mac), even though it's definitely online. I can ping it from the Mac, and I have a Wireshark trace of the Sense app's attempts to talk to it. It appears that the Sense app connects to it and sends an HTTP command ("GET /api/system/system_details HTTP/1.1\r\n"), and then drops the connection before the Zen Mini replies (which can take three or four seconds).

Suggestions welcome.
 
Does using my.innuos.com via a web browser behave the same way?
If no different, then please connect the system by HDMI to a TV and then power on the ZENmini; it should begin posting text to the TV. If you could take a picture of that and send it to our support@innuos.com, that would be helpful. Please also include the serial number of the ZENmini

It works fine with the browser, so it looks like there’s something weird going on with the local network. Only major change made recently was a switch to a new ISP and the addition of an Eero mesh wifi device. I was wondering whether the firewall in that might have upset something (perhaps blocking a port?), but I think that’s unlikely.
