ZENith Mk3 shuts off

Since I'm new to the Innuos system, I've tried to search the forum for a similar problem, but couldn't find anything. Therefore, I've decided to ask for your help. My ZENith MK3 recently started shutting down after a couple of days of inactivity. I don't think this is a normal behaviour for a music server, so I'm in need of help. Thanks a lot.

Thats not great to hear, lets try to resolve this for you.
Firstly, please provide some further detail.

Do you leave your system on 24/7?
What is the serial number?
How is the system powered?
Does it actually power off or does it instead become unresponsive? If the latter, what colour does the power led change to?

Its best you send in a support ticket to discuss further directly from the contact support option found in the settings section of Sense.
 
Hi Dan,

  1. Yes, I Ieave my system on 24/7;
  2. SN: 2100000013180;
  3. Audioquest Niagara 1200 w/ AQ Monsoon to wall outlet. ZENith to Niagara w/ Ansuz P2 power cable;
  4. The system powers off completely and there’s no led of any colour whatsoever. Furthermore, in order to turn the system on again I need to switch off and then the back power button, because the front one is irresponsive.
As soon as I get back home, I’ll open a support ticket in the Sense app.
