I have been the happy owner of a a Zen Mini mk3 for a few months now and use it with a DCS Lina Dac and I know the LPSU is beneficial to have with the Zen Mini using the eternal dac but is it worth still getting the LPSU if I am using an external dac? Just wandering how much performance lift there possibly would be using the LPSU with using an external dac really if any?….

Any insight and help gratefully appreciated in advance.

The digital transport source makes a huge difference, so yes adding an LPSU will be a good benefit but on the basis of having a Lina DAC I'd suggest testing out devices even higher up the range. If you can get a ZENith to demo as a minimum, I would recommend giving it a go.

Hi, I'm searching for an external power supply for my ZenMini MK3 SSD to improve the sound quality. Because the Innuos LPSU is quit expensive i'm considering either the FiiO PL50 or the ifi iPower Elite. Does anyone have experience with one of these power supplies? Are they compatible with the ZenMini? Reviews are good, so it seems worth a try ... Do I loose my warranty on the ZenMini if using a third party power supply? Thanks.
