Volume level defaults to 34%

Volume level recently defaults to 34%. Have to adjust to 100% every startup. Is this a known issue?
I've not heard of this before. Have you been using any of the 'Connect' services at all directly from Qobuz/TIDAL? It could be that the native app for one of these services on your phone is switching to the Innuos and then setting the volume to the level that is on the phone?
