Upgrade: 3.3.4 stuck in progress

Support Team: When updating my Zenith Mk 3 tonight to newest Sense v3.3.4, my Zenith Mk 3 got stuck in its software upgrade workflow at this juncture (see image below) for the last 10 minutes, a very strange behaviour in the upgrade workflow. As a Zenith owner for several years, it has never been stuck at this juncture before. At this time, I believe I have no other option but to POWER CYCLE the Zenith, yet I am hesitant to do so knowing the Linux OS may be impacted by a partial upgrade experience. Please advise what should I do next?

Update: The software upgrade workflow DID continue forward autonomously after an atypically long timespan in the "Downloading" state. All is GOOD now (per usual). You can close this UPGRADE ISSUE ticket now as RESOLVED.
