Tidal is leaving Plex amid fears it is dropping integration support for streamers in favour of Connect

Plex and Plexamp just announced that Tidal is leaving the service.

There is some speculation that Tidal will drop integration support which could include InnuOS.

This would be extremely disappointing and I would ditch Tidal if this happens.

because Tidal decided to cease integration. There is not anything on the immediate horizon and I don’t want to make any false promises

Tidal integration ending

As far as I know Tidal is ending all third party integrations. They gave us time to figure out how to sunset service, ( ending subscriptions purchased though us and such), Those services may have just not sent any announcement yet. We don’t have info on what deals they made with other services.
