Stuck CD

Solution
In the Sense app, if you go to the SYSTEM tab and then to DISC RIPPER, you should see an 'eject' icon in the top-right corner which is a force eject function; have you tried this?
My Zen Mk3 has a jammed CD. Tried using the force eject- nothing. Powered off, restarted- nothing.

Pls help!
Apologies for the slow reply, we've been away at Audio show deluxe in the UK.
If force eject does not work then the system will need to be returned. Send in a ticket to support via the Sense app on your system. Go to Settings and select Contact Support in the help section.

I’d rather not tamper with it myself unless you are saying it’s straightforward
No, I don’t know sorry. I looked at the Innuos site and saw there are 3 screws on the back. There might be some underneath?
It depends on how old is the unit/ is it under warranty etc?
You appear to be in Glasgow so a trip for the unit back to Portugal shouldn’t take too long.

As Dan says, this is likely to be a mechanical issue with the optical drive itself. We do have a UK service centre, so all being well it would not need to go to Portugal and can be sorted domestically. We can arrange this directly via support email, or can be returned to your dealer if they are local to you and they can handle this on your behalf.
