I have an account with HRA streaming service that should be compatible with Innuos Sense.
When I try to log in by entering the e-mail address and password, the procedure does not complete and the wheel keeps turning.
The service actually activates and appears to be connected, like Qobuz, but often disconnects and says to reload the application without success.
In short, it seems that HRA is not working properly in Innuos Sense. How can I solve this problem?
 
Yes, I still have the problem.
The login procedure doesn’t finish and the page freezes. But if I reload Innuos Sense I find HRA connected and I can play files. Sometimes an error message appears and the library is not integrated. I cannot create playlist in Innuos Sense with HRA tracks.
I tried also to login from my.innuos.com with the same results

This is expected behaviour; HRA has its own category on the Music page, but favourite Albums and Artists will not merge into the main 'master' library because it does not integrate the same way that Qobuz and TIDAL do.
However, the general 'lag' of the login may need investigating, as do the error messages that you report. Can you recall what the error message says?
