Roon core or experimental with innuos player?

I'm very happy with my new Zenith mini, wow what an upgrade!

When I try these two options i can't notice any difference in sound. The only thing I notice is I can't choose outputs.
I imagined the experimental would allow me to use the Tidal app to stream...
So what is the advantage of the experimental mode?

The experimental mode simply means that in Roon Core mode, you should see a new output device listed which is the Squeeze player within the ZENmini. This leverages Squeezelite as the local player engine, not the Roon mixer, and this can have a difference in sound.
